Cooking on the Curriculum - No kitchen, no problem!

Chop up 2 spring onions, 40-50g roasted peppers (from a jar), 3 salad tomatoes (300g), 1 large crusty roll and mix in a bowl. Add a handful of torn fresh basil leaves, 1 crushed clove of garlic and 1 tbsp each of olive oil and white wine vinegar. Mix well and refrigerate.
