A council’s approach to delivering free healthy school meals
In 2010, the London Borough of Southwark committed to offer free school meals to all primary age children. The policy was phased in and by 2013 all primary age children were offered a free school meal. A presentation from development phase in 2011 to full roll out in 2013.
