Educo support Lewisham Collaboratives award new catering contract

The kitchen at Deptford Park Primary School had suffered from under investment and staff were poorly trained and lacked motivation. After appointing the new catering contractor, the school, EDUCO and caterer sought to upgrade the skills of the catering staff, developing craft and cooking skills. The school meal menu is now a multi-choice fresh menu that is bespoke to Deptford Park and is designed to reflect the cultural background of the school.
